This was my first time at this dental practice. And it was an amazing experience. Everyone was very friendly. They greet you when you walk in the door. Stacy, the dental hygienist was awesome! Dr. Sam was great! Very courteous, friendly, and caring staff. I am so glad I was referred to this dental practice.
We are new to the area and needed to find a dentist for our family. After reading through many, MANY online reviews of dental offices in SE Michigan, we selected Florkowski Family Dentistry .... and on our first visits recently, it was easy to see why they have so many happy and satisfied patients. The staff are friendly and efficient, the office is clean and bright, the hygienist was gentle, fast and did an amazing job on our cleanings, and Dr. Sam is approachable and thorough. We both felt at ease and comfortable on our new patient visits .... zero anxiety, zero pressure, zero pain.
Today was my first appointment and from the moment I walked in I was met with the nicest staff. From the front desk, to my hygienist and Dr. Sam. Both my hygienist and Dentist were both very informative and answered any questions I may have had.I felt like a person, who they were genuinely interested in, and not just a number. Thankful for my experience today.
Dr. Beydoun is so Respectful, kind and gentle my kids both had procedures and they said it was the greatest experience! So professional, explained everything and answered every question myself and the kids had. His staff is so Nice and welcoming, greeting you with such a pleasant attitude. So glad we switched to this practice !
The nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. They are so caring ; gentle and kind with toddlers. Michelle the hygienist is great at her job. The best cleaning hands down I’ve ever received. Also Dr,Sam is great with children. Patient and kind. Highly recommend.
